CHICWISH FASHION – REVIEW 2022

Are you thinking of ordering from Chicwish but not quite sure? This post is an honest Chicwish review including, my experience of ordering from there and the quality of the clothing.

Disclaimer: I initially ordered from Chicwish, paying with my own money. After tagging the brand on my Instagram account, they reached out to me and offered to gift me some items in exchange for a review blog post. As I was pleased with my initial order, I agreed to the collaboration. All opinions in this post are my own honest opinions!

Overall Thoughts:

Chicwish is a Chinese based company. I was initially unsure about ordering from them as I thought the clothes might be similar to SHEIN. While I have some great pieces from SHEIN, they’re cheap and the quality isn’t often brilliant. (Read my full SHEIN review here.)

I’m very pleased to say I was wrong! Although the prices at Chicwish are quite affordable and they usually have discount codes available, they’re not quite as cheap as SHEIN. Meaning you pay a bit more but get a much better quality product. Personally, I would rather pay a bit more and have a well-made item than something that will probably won’t last very long.

I have been so pleased with everything from both my initial and gifted Chicwish orders and will definitely order from them again!

Read on for More Details:

Quality:

As you can see from the photos; I’ve tried a range of products, from coats to tops and have been very pleased with the quality. So far, everything I’ve tried has worn and washed well. I have no complaints regarding the quality!

Sizing:

In my opinion, the sizing can be a little bit on the small side. I wear UK size 8-10 and would usually be a size small in brands such as H&M. Anything with stretch fits me well however, some of the more fitted, pieces are a little bit tight on me. If you’re in between sizes I would recommend trying a size up.

Shipping:

My first order was just before Christmas and it took a little longer than stated to arrive. When it arrived one of my items was missing.

I contacted customer service and they told me it had gone out of stock. They offered to send it in a few more days or I could have a refund. I still wanted it but asked if it could go to my new address ( I moved 2 days before Christmas.) Customer service was really helpful and I was surprised it actually did arrive at the new address!

Most of my gifted orders arrived within a few days. Again, some pieces shipped separately and took a little longer. I do think everything was worth the wait but don’t leave it till the last minute to place your order!

Returns:

I’m going to have to admit. I haven’t actually returned anything yet! Returns are now free in the UK and the USA which is great.

If I return anything in the future I will update this section.

Conclusion:

Chicwish has quickly become one of my new favourite brands. If you’re on the fence about whether to order or not, I would say go for it! They have some beautiful pieces and with free returns, you don’t really have anything to lose!

Chicwish Quick FAQ:

Skimmed to the end of the post? No worries here is a quick FAQ with questions I get asked all the time about Chicwish.

Is Chicwish worth it? Absolutely (in my opinion!) The pieces are of nice quality at reasonable prices and usually, they have a promotion available!

How’s the sizing? Most items are true to size. I’ve had a couple of structured skirts that came up slightly small.

What’s the shipping situation? They ship worldwide, and the cost varies upon destination but in the US it’s free when you spend over $50.

Where do they ship from? Chicwish has warehouses in the US, UK, Belgium, and China. They’ll ship from your closest location.

Can I return the items? Yes, if you’re not happy with anything from your order you can return it within 30 days. Returns are free in the UK and USA.
