Below is my full review of the fashion brand Chicwish, I’ll cover honest thought on everything including, the quality of their products, sizing, shipping and delivery, returns and more!
What is Chicwish and Initial Thoughts:
Chicwish is a Chinese based fashion company. I was initially unsure about ordering from them as I thought the clothes might be similar to SHEIN. While, I used to shop at SHEIN and while I have some great pieces from there, they’re cheap and the quality isn’t often brilliant. So, now I try to by less from more premium brands.
I’m very pleased to say I was wrong! Although the prices at Chicwish are quite affordable and they usually have discount codes available, they’re not quite as cheap as SHEIN. Meaning you pay a bit more but get a much better quality product. Personally, I would rather pay a bit more and have a well-made item than something that will probably won’t last very long.
As you can see from the photos below; I’ve tried a range of products, from coats to tops and have been very pleased with the quality. So far, everything I’ve tried has worn and washed well. I have no complaints regarding the quality and will definitely order from them again!

Is Chicwish Good Quality?
This was the most important questions for me. As Chicwish is an online only retailer, you can’t see the items before purchasing, somtime it can be hard to tell if they are actulaly good quality or have just been photographed well.
I’ve found that the photos are usually a good representation of what you will get and the clothes are generally a similar quality to popular brands such as Zara and H&M.
I have been a Chicwish customer for about 4 years now and the pieces from my initial order have been worn regually and are still in my wardrobe, so they will stand the test of time!
Chicwish’s Sizing & Fit
In my opinion, the sizing can be a little bit on the small side. I wear UK size 8-10 and would usually be a size small in brands such as H&M. Anything with stretch fits me well however, some of the more fitted, pieces are a little bit tight on me and I would size up to a Medium, so if you’re in between sizes I would recommend trying a size up.
Each piece has a size guide on the website, so it is worth taking your measurments and making sure to double check before ordering.

Shipping Details
Chicwish has warhouses in the US, UK, Germany, Belgium, Canada and Australia. They ship from the wearhouse closest to your destination.
Orders usually take a few days to pricess then 3-4 working days to arrive with you and is currently free on orders over $50 or £29.
My initial Chicwish order was just before Christmas and it took a little longer than stated to arrive and when it did arrive one of my items was missing.
I contacted customer service and they told me it had gone out of stock. They offered to send it in a few more days or I could have a refund. I still wanted it but asked if it could go to my new address (I moved 2 days before Christmas.) Customer service was really helpful and I was surprised it actually did arrive at the new address!
Most of my gifted orders arrived within a few days. Again, some pieces shipped separately and took a little longer. I do think everything was worth the wait but don’t leave it till the last minute to place your order!

Returns Policy
I’m going to have to admit. I haven’t actually returned anything yet! Returns used to be free in the UK and the USA which was great, but this has recently ben changed.
If you are in the USA, you can return for free if you chose store credit rather than a refund, you also get a bonus $5 as an insentive to do this. For a full refund, you are required to pay the return shipping costs (starting at $5.60).
Customers from other areas will also need to pay to return items. So do make sure to check the size charts!
